Introducing Hatha Yoga at TOPSTRETCHING Zurich: A Calm Complement to Your Flexibility Training

At TOPSTRETCHING Zurich, we’re known for dynamic classes that combine flexibility, strength, and aerial techniques. But we also listen closely to our community—and some of you asked for something slower, deeper, and more meditative to complement your stretching sessions.
That’s why we’re excited to introduce a single Hatha Yoga class, offered as a limited session to explore this powerful, calming practice together.

What Is Hatha Yoga?

Hatha Yoga is a traditional form of yoga focused on holding poses, conscious breathing, and inner awareness. Unlike flow-based practices, Hatha takes its time—making it ideal for:

Wear something comfortable that allows free movement—yoga wear, leggings, or anything stretchy. You can bring your own mat, but we also provide mats at the studio.
