Teacher: Alex

Alex is a mobility, posture, and stretching coach with a professional dance background. Trained at the Royal Ballet School in London, he became a principal dancer with Stuttgart Ballet and Ballet Zürich and now helps clients build strength, flexibility, confidence, and better movement quality.
